Power tool metallographic microscope
The core structure is the high precision marble base and column, with the infinite telocentric optical system mirror barrel and industrial digital camera, toothless screw drive x, y table, Z-axis servo motor drive focusing, high-definition image processing and geometric calculation system. When testing products, the workpiece to be tested is first placed on the workbench of the optical measurement system, and after positioning, the detection program of the product to be tested is called up. The x and y workstations send the workpiece under the lens, and after the lens captures the image of the product to be tested, the X and Y workstations are manually moved to the next position for capture, and the Z axis realizes electric fine-tuning focusing. Then perform the corresponding calculation. Through the continuous processing of the image, the high detection speed is obtained.
